Certified Sommelier
Ms. Spinello graduated with distinction from the International Culinary Center in New York City in 2015 with the prestigious Court of Master Sommeliers of the Americas. She is a specialist in the distribution and education of award-winning wines for the boutique and cult wine portfolio of Wines by Sophie and conducts numerous educational wine tastings and dinners.

Patricia will discuss the history and highlights of these fabulous wines. We’ll enjoy the selection with food pairings prepared by our chef. Non-alcoholic wines will also be available.
